My Otacool2 Mascot Submission

This is my Otacool Mascot submission. I drew her during work time, scanned then paint her via Photoshop so it took quite some time. Anyway I hope I am not too late and this is her profile :)

Bib: Lipan apparently took off form her hometown to live in Japan in order to be as close as possible to figures and cosplay environment. She was able to live in Japan with the lottery she won. She enjoys staring at cute figure (she can stare all day long) and cosplaying. She likes rabbit so she dress like one with the help of her hat (she doesn't look like one in most ppl's perspective). Her Japanese is quite broken but with the help of her hat "Warashi" she managed to get by each day. She lives in Japan and her house is filled with mostly figures that she collect. Lipan is vegetarian and really loves crepe.

Warashi is Lipan's hat that can transform into things eg cloth, table. He helps Lipan when she wants to cosplay although his face always appear somewhere on the cloth. Warashi is neither a seal, puppy, cat, rabbit etc. he's not even a normal animal but Lipan thinks he's a rabbit. Thus she took him in and made him into her hat. Lipan also feeds him with carrot which he usually pretends to eat. The name Warashi was given by Lipan which comes from "Watashi no Rabbitto Boushi!" (My rabbit hat!).
