This is the gakuran (学ラン) or the tsume-eri (詰め襟), the uniforms for many middle and high school boys in Japan.
If anyone is wondering how come the second button of my school uniform is missing, that’s because the second button of the top of a guy’s uniform is often given away to the girl he has feelings for, and is considered a way of confession as the second button is the one closest to the heart.
How about you guys? Who have you given the second button of your school uniform to? ^^;

I wonder what the special girl say after you give her that button ?
