Square-Enix to make Bleach Action Figures
I would seem that on Valentine's Day at this year's Toy Fair, Square-Enix (who made the Final Fantasy action figures) showed off their brand new Bleach Play Arts Kai.
Their line up includes: Ichigo, Rukia, and Hitsugaya and they are highly detailed and appear to be pretty accurate to their appearances in the Anime and Manga. Also, it looks like they will have a nice amount of articulation.
They'll be released in the coming months for about $39.95 each

I think they really look good and I would really like to get them when they come out.
With Rukia being my first. : )

I've been hearing around the web that the price is reasonable, but I'm not exactly sure because I don't know what their scale is or size range is?
But it looks like they'll be high quality.

Omg my dreams have been answered for a company to finally make a bleach action figure I'm glad that Play Arts took up the challenge since they make some pretty good figures. They seem pretty nice looking so far can't wait to see how they will look painted.
I know what'cha mean,
I've been hoping someone would get license for Bleach and make some cool action figures.
I think it wasn't too long ago when some put up a figma wish list that I put Bleach on mine.:)
Yea lets just hope that Play Arts doesn't rush these and they come out bad like the Full Metal Alchemist figures well articulation wise tho they also had a semi bad paint job as well.
Totally agree, the FMA ones where just terrible looking (IMO) especially their funky looking arms.
I trying to track down the ones from 2005, which I think are lot better from what I've seen and heard.
Great, those seem to be pretty good, I hope that final product can be EXCELLENT in all terms, I mean the face faithful to the anime, scheme color, mobility and flexibility, etc. (please...release Byakuya and Nelliel)
I wouldn't mind few high quality Naruto figures either. There aren't many popular shounen figures in scaled version. It took them how many years(?) to get DBZ figures that I actually wanted to buy. I can understand trading figures and action figures are produced a lot more because of price is better for younger audience.
yay
Oh just realized he has his hallow mask even better!
I'm not to into bleach anymore but I might pick theese up I'd want to see a review first though
Not really a fan of Play arts figures, would preferred Figma or Figuarts to make them.
I totally agree
nice! i've been waiting for some high quality bleach figures
I love Bleach and hearing about them making Bleach figures makes me excited! I hope the final product looks good!
Pass, I don't spend that much on articulated figures
They really need to make one of Kenpachi!
