Megami Vol 119 April 2010 Review

Just seeing Biribiri on the cover was enough to get many folks, including me, to the cash register. She's one of the better tsunderes I've seen in all the animes I've watched.

Just wish I could get around to getting caught up on her new show. ^^;

Maid outfits never get old. :3

You know you're behind on anime if you don't recognize the majority of the girls in a new Megami. ^^;

I'm starting to watch Kobato. Don't know if it's good or not, then Railgun....

Getting sidetracked. I liked how in this issue they censor the naughty bits without using steam. Steam is a turn off for me.

I still have some of the older issues of Megami where they did not censor "eyes". I miss those days but I do see mostly guys age 14-18 buying these so I see why they did that. ^^;

More characters I don't recognize. ^^;

I do watch anime, it just takes a long time to download them with the connections on base.

And now we have the two best characters of K-ON.....don't hurt me. ^^;

I wasn't going to do these reviews anymore due to the difficulty of getting these pics with my camera with minimal flash but I was getting camera withdrawal today due to the less then favorable weather. Hope you all are enjoying this.

They included the Nanoha the movie poster? I already have this on a large wall scroll.

Would have preferred some more Nanoha and Fate service.

I think this show looks really cute. Maybe I'll get to watching this one too. ^^;

This one seemed to come out a bit blurry. That's part of the difficulty doing these reviews. I have to get most of the glare out with one hand while taking pics with my other hand. It's harder then it sounds. ^^;

Last issue I griped that there wasn't enough fanservice and that it was boring. This issue seems to have made up for the last one I think.

And you have your maids rubbing clear liquid all over a very young girl....cough. ^^;

I actually started to watch this anime a bit but dropped it after they fogged up a bath scene. I really don't like censorship, especially when they don't even have oppai yet. ^^;

I didn't know what DFC meant until I got deeper into this hobby. ^^;

This is THE poster of the issue and will likely make or break a purchase decision of this issue.

They have a very large poster that is already removed from the magazine of Biribiri looking absolutely sexy. Fans of cute armpits will be pleased as well. ^^;

The poster is so tall that I could not get all the glare out or fit the all of the girls in the pic. Sorry. ^^;

The reverse side is Yuki but honestly, I would only display Biribiri. ^^;

Overall, this was an above average issue. The fanservice level was raised and there was even catering to fans of DFC (^^;). But without the 3 ft Biribiri/Nagato in bikini poster it would have been just average. I can recommend this issue if you are a fan of either of those two girls. Punynari Score: 4.0 out of 5.0
