Mim's Feb Lootz!

Although I once was a miniture collector come painter come wargamer I was never really much into models. I decided to give it a go along with collecting all the HoiHoi San releases coming out as I really loved the tiny anime OVA that was released oh so very long ago.

You may ask why two Nanoha Figma's? A lesson to all those out there thinking of pre-ordering through an e-bay seller. I bought and paid for a Nanoha School girl PSP game special and got the movie edition. The seller BS'd his way out of the whole mess and allthough he was a HK seller I have histrically bought heaps from HK sellers and never had a glitch. As it is a pre-order your purchase will likely pass the period of time when you can dispute the sale, as was the case here (lame).

I have this thing where I will as a minimum I work on tracking down at least one older Nendo each month. As you would imagine I was really happy to find a Saber Lion going on Ebay. Someone say Gao?

Is it just me or have people like GSC really purfected their art of making Nendo's of late? I mean they just look really well proportioned to maximise the cutness factor and come with just the right accessories and alternate faces to make for a great little bundle of joy. My hats off to all Nendo makers you have my wallet.

One of the main reasons why I occasionally buy some Pencil Boards is that they really do liven up a shelf of figures by acting as a really nice backdrop.

As you may notice, from my Avatar, I have a real soft spot for Maboraho. I hope someone from GSC is listening cos lord knows that show has great Nendorisation potential.

I was hoping for more Nendo winter bonus scarfs and to not get orange ones <insert long sigh here>, but then I try not to sweat the little things. You will make a killing on Ebay selling your spares and yes I really would love any alternate colour spares any of you kind peoples might have XD

Last but certainly not least I decided to get my very first wall scroll. A pretty good one and the qaulity is supremo. My walls are made of cardboard (that thin chalk wall stuff) so I can't hang up framed pictures due to their weight so wall scrolls it is. Looking to get some Nanoha and Gurren Lagann ones next.
