It's not an official release. It's a Hobby Japan conversion. People, just because a good conversion turns up in a magazine like Hobby Japan or Dengeki Hobby, DOES NOT MEAN Bandai made it and will sell it. In fact, the proof of this being a conversion is written IN ENGLISH on that first page:
'BANDAI 1:100 scale plastic kit "Master Grade" LM312V04/06 Victory Gundam (Ver Ka) conversion modeled by JUN III'
=CONVERSION=.
If you want this kit, then you'll have to make it yourself.
Release? what are you talking about? It clearly says 'LM312V04-06 Victory Gundam [Ver. Ka] Conversion modeled by JUN III'. This means it's a custom model, and not a release by Bandai, otherwise things like release info or a 'in development' box would be present.
This mod still looks very neat though, especially the V2 in the V/2nd V/V2 comparison.

You know, everyone goes "CONVERSION", "CONVERSION"...
It would be easier to calculate the odds of Bandai NOT having this as a future release. THEY know damn well that WE have been waiting too damn long for MG Victory/X/Wing kits to not notice.
What's wrong with you people? He was probably not serious about that. I'm sure he saw that it was a conversion and maybe he's just excited to have it as the next MG. Don't be so serious guys.
I think it's because he's not the first one and there are people like that jumping into things straight away (and potentially misleading others) which causes some readers to be frustrated over it. It shouldn't be a big deal but I think it's the way how figure.fm has evolved into so this has become more and more common nowadays.

Indeed.. xD
Victory Gundam was as legendary to me as it was utterly soul crushing.
Once things picked up, every episode just ended with the feeling "well, at least it can't get any worse than that." And then it did.
Gorgeous conversion kit.
