hm...jus a question. anyone know the difference between the MG unicorn ver.ka and MG unicorn OVA ver?
I think the difference between the two are the decals itself and with the base stand..
articulations and vulcan design on the head + the base
wrong the diff is in that last pic thats all. these are all small details changed.
I don't think there's any difference at all besides the additional the addition stand. I am currently building unicorn and it's very buggy. The shoulders don't transform very well and than there's the issue with the body abd the two things that come out on each of its side. This has actually been one of the worse MG I've dealt with.
There are 2 OVA versions, one without the base and one with. Also I thnk both are in HD colours.
Articulation, especially the knee has been greatly improved. I think it's something like 150% better articulartion on the knee.
Horn design has been improved.
Only the one with the base comes in HD colors.
Has it ever been stated one way or another if the basic Anime Ver. of the Unicorn won't be in the HD colors? So far there really hasn't been any information at all about it other than it will have the same upgrades as the other.
Also, is it just me or does the new version's psychoframe look a lot more solid colored in those pictures rather than the clear plastic of the original version?
The entire model in magazine has no doubt been painted. I'd assume the psychoframe has been aswell, not sure how though, I want to try replicate it when I purchase mine. Maybe heavy red washing over it, who knows.
Yea, I've seen the original one's clear plastic and it looks nothing like on the box, obviously a given but didn't expect it to be THAT much of a contrast.
If an expert on gunpla painting could figure out how the psychoframe has been coloured, it'd be much appreciated.
hm...maybe ill pick up the ova ver once i read some reviews on it
