The Arrival of Chogokin Drossel
This is a straight up show-off self-indulgent post, but I'm super excited about it, so please bear with me...
OMG OMG OMG, Soul of Chogokin Drossel is here at last, and oh man the timing couldn't be any better.
I pre-order through Amiami at around 5980 yen (MSRP 8000yen I believe) and these past few weeks Amiami had a 50% off shipping deal.
So what could've been a 10000 yen expense, I saved about 3000 yen after all the markdowns.
Here are some poorly taken camera phone pictures. (I hope to take better photos tonight.)
The package, though not that big, is pretty substantial than the Figma version's box.
I can't really comment on the material yet, since I'm at work and I'm already getting strange looks from my co-workers.
I'll try to do a proper reveal later tonight or tomorrow.
You should totally play with her at work. This Drossel looks pretty big compare to the figma to me.
Believe you me, I want to play with her right now. (haha!)
Congrats. I got mine from AmiAmi for the same price, I preordered her the minute the preorders first went up loooong, long ago lol.
I'm still waiting for her to arrive though since I paid for SAL shipping (I need to save all the money I can right now ^^;). She's been travelling since first thing launch morning a week ago... so I think she might be just a little bit grumpy when she finally reaches her new home. XD
What timing! Mine just arrived too! Now, if I can just find a free moment to unpack her... (⌒▽⌒)
