This is a Nendroid, right?

Apologies for being sudden and asking questions right away on my first post, but this is the reason I signed up today. ^^;
So these images have been floating around the net (and there's also this article).
I'm pretty sure this person used a Nendroid, right? That's the first thing I thought of when I saw it. But I have no idea how they got the traditional Korean drum set or the clothes. Perhaps someone at Good Smile Company is an SNSD fan, especially for Taeyeon? lol
I don't know if anyone can comment further on how this was accomplished, but maybe I can have you guys' input. Thanks!

I'm afraid that isn't a nendoroid. Probably a Pinky Street doll.
@coffebugg is right, it's a Customized Pink Street Doll, since the customization o PinkyStreet are easy to make, this one should be done in no time.
OMG!!!
Taeyeonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn !!!!!!!
I think she's not nendoroid neither...
but anyway .... she's super cuteeeeeeeeeeeeee
Doesn't look like a Nendo, I'm thinking not too much like Pinky St, either.. just a deformed figure, "chibi" style... *still cute, though*..
and, welcome to teh community, btw...
o.O
I agree. Her proportions are not similar to nendoroid or Pinky St.
Also agreed. Too fat for a pinky, not a fat enough for a nendoroid.
Wow, a Taeyeon (or any other SNSD member) Nendoroid would be amazing...at least for fans xD
Looks nothing like a nendoroid ._.
lol I guess. I only have like two or so gachapon nendroids, so I can't really tell the difference.
Defintaly not a nendo
probably just a scratch chibi figure
Mmm, now that I look at it closer the coat is a bit messy in the details and stuff. It's pretty amazing for fan-made, though.
