Storing & Enjoying Model Booklets

Hey guys,

Been cleaning out my room of books and papers. One of the things on my "To-Do" list was to deal with the ever-growing mountain of Gundam model boxes in the corner. I have a nasty habit of being a hoarder, so I've held on to ever box, runner, manual and promotion insert (I hear Gundam Expo 2006 is gunna be sweet!). Though I don't have a solution for the boxes and runners (ideas?), I have found a neat way to hold on to and enjoy the build manuals.

If you swing by your local comic book store you can typically pick up a stack of plastic sheets and cardboard backs used for preserving vintage comic books. The booklets (MGs, 1/100s, HGs) fit perfectly. This way you can keep the manuals out of the boxes to either quick-refence in the future or simply enjoy the artwork. I imagine portfolio binders and three-ring plastic paper protectors would be a good substitute as well.

Hope this tip helps out!

I've seen people use the box (front illustration mainly) as a poster on the wall.
