    Wonder why they didn't make it flexible like they did the cape of the Strikers version Fate? I don't have the movie version Fate, but my first guess is that you may need to pin it with wire or finishing nails, to give the glue something to really stick to instead of just the narrow edge of the break. I'm not sure how well that would work though, since I don't have the same figure to judge the thickness of the part.

        Okay from what i can tell, the end of one on the joints broke off inside the cape. Gluing the ends will not work as efficiently as what Poofiemus said above. As much as repairing joints, the glue has hindered the articulation of the joint. You have a few options though:
        1. using a pin and glue to hold it in place (some work required)
        2. buying a ball joint to replace the joint (a little more work required)
        3. buying another Fate (that being the most expensive and last option)

        There's a tutorial on the first option somewhere, will try to find the like for you...
        Option two, you can buy ball joints that aren't figma (as i don't know that they sell any joints atm aside from Saber and Nanoha parts) such as this:
        http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10038238
        or this:
        http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10057106
        and replace the joints with either of those
        Not sure what else i can do to help

      Don't be sorry, no one can help you if you take blurry pictures anyway.

    It's my first time hearing cape joint breakage. Hm try replacement joints if possible. For example:
    http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10054459

    I've blogged more about it over here should you wish to check it out (I suppose you can just replace it straight away without having to do too much DIY work for your case):

      I am not sure whether you will bother to read my suggestions anyway.

      But now given that you have one part stuck in the cape. If that is difficult to get out, then you have to drill it to make a hole large enough to fit through a replacement joint.

    Don't forget:

    Remove the super-glue;
    Put some model-kit PVC glue when you fix a new joint;

        I don't have the Fate figma but seems to me the joint is the same type as figma Saber Lily dress.

        In this case the joint can be found on hlj or your usual figure site.

        The best way to remove the stuck part of the joint is trying to get it with some pliers (electronic pliers are good) or drill it out (with a really small drill, once again stuff from electronic shop are the best).
