Finally completed HGUC Unicorn Gundam [Destroy Mode]^^ A solid figure but with limited articulation sadly..
Tried panel washing for my very first time!!
And it was very successful!!
-
However do anyone know the true mixing ratio for panel washes? I did it without any ratio in mind.. Just mix till it looked right to me^^;
Other then that please comment on the areas I can further improve on!!

    Recommend using brown Gundam marker(Finetip) next time. The black is just a bit too strong.

    Did you paint the shoulder-mounted bits, or is that using the decals? It looks pretty good.

      EDIT: I just realized I didn't read it properly. I should have said: "Recommend brown ink for wash"--stupid of me.

      Brown or reddish-brown would be better, since it's not as strong as black.

    Nice work with the lines.

    There is also a technique of doing the panel lines first with a black wash or gundam marker then painting the base coat on. The panel lines then show up as a darker shade of whatever color you used as the base coat.
