The story so far...

Posted by kymaera [www]

I'd previously posted about having succumbed to the DD temptation and buying an Aoi model (called Zoe), but I've also fell further since then and bought a Saber as well. Been having a bit of fun with photostories of the two, so thought I'd share the few that I've done. Here they are from oldest to newest:

*edit*
Got some time and did the fix to Saber's eye. Should look a bit less homicidal now ;)

Resistance is futile. Preparation is irrelevant. You will be assimilated.

XD I see this a lot with the Feena DDs. My guess is that the glue holding them in wasn't strong enough and the eye rolled/slipped down.

At least it's easy to fix with some eye putty though, right? \o/

Even if her eyes aren't perfectly aligned, she's still very beautiful! - -b

The eye fix is something you should do anyway...the hot glue is murder on acrylic eyes. Best bet for safety and adhesion: silicone ear plug putty. I get mine at Walgreens...inexpensive, good and 100% crystal clear. The new Volks putty is actually either White Skin tone or Fleshtone, but you can't beat something that's clear. The ear plug putty is non-reactive with the acrylic eyes.

LOL! I remember seeing Zoe's arrival on DoA, but I hadn't seen the rest until now. I love what you're doing with this!

Saber's eyes seem to be misaligned, but Aquilla's got a tutorial on her blog that shows fixing it isn't terribly difficult, just tedious. Ah, here it is: http://aquilla429.co.uk/how-to-guides-for-dollfiebjd-care/how-to-removechange-eyes/

Not quite. She'll kick your face in as well if you piss her off. She doesn't have the patience to wait until your back is turned.
