How to Get Your Lost Camera Returned

This link cleverly suggests what one should do to ensure that your lost digital camera will be returned to you in no time should it go missing. (Provided it's not stolen of course)
(Probably not applicable to those living in Japan, as there's usually a 99.99% chance that said lost items will always be returned to owner there)

I lost USD$ 700.00 wallet with 2 credit card on a train in Japan, and they found it, a kind person returned my wallet with everything inside there.
Thats awesome ! You were really lucky. Either that, or people in Japan are generally more honest than people where I come from. I left my wallet at an arcade which had about 5 bucks in it, my gamer card, and a bunch of Initial D and Midnight Wangan Tuner cards and they were all stolen. The wallet however was left at the Lost and Found .
Wow thats cool that you got that all back and thats another reason why I love Japan now if that happened where I live say goodbye to your 700 dollars, 2credit cards and your identity.
It's rare to see people like that. May he have good karma in return.
If you owe the guy you can repay him by doing the same thing he did to other people.
^U^
I would assume that man thought your $700 was really 700 yen.
Haha I remember seeing this on my local news a while back and I thought it was a pretty clever idea.
I've lost my keys 4 times and had them returned those 4 times. I've lost my wallet in my High School and had it returned, without saying thank you (stupid me). My friend lost his wallet with up to $2000 and everything on a busy bus line. He got it all back after cursing up a storm for an hour.
Sadly I don't have a Japanese story :(. Hilarious image though lol.
I lost my iPod in school( didn't even mean to bring it that day) and my awesome Konata wallet.;_; Luckily my friend found my wallet in the girls bathroom with only my middle school ID and my Cell phone charms missing (they thief actually left my money in it which was like 3 dollars). I even found the girl who did it since she was using the cellphone charm on her book bag but, the school deputy didn't believe me.>_>
Omg, that is epic!!! This guy deserves a high-five...I wonder if that is his real email, couldnt be cause he would be getting spammed with emails~
This is an awesome idea
There's actually...a pretty good idea if someone bothered to look through the contents of the memory card....
that is one awesome way of ensuring your lost camera will be returned to you.....
lol, no one bothers to steal my camera because last time someone did, let's just say they're limping away, and if my camera got lost, I did the same thing as that, and I mostly put some pics of me mooning the camera.
