Its my turn to share photos of my 7th daughter...Akiyama Mio.
She just arrived home yesterday and I quickly take some shoots on her :D

Shooting at front....Doesn't look like Mio, right? I think so too.
Tthe creator of DD Mio is Amanohakase (天野博士), who also craft Haruhi, Nagato and Asahina. It is very depends on one's preference for Amano's piece of work....personally I bought it because she bears the name of Akiyama Mio....

Months ago I got a fender licensed Bass from GMP. The left one is GMP. It is well crafted, heavy, and being a nice replica. However volks are less detailed, but light in weight and suitable for dollfies.

    Congrats! I think if they made her face a bit longer it would look more like Mio, but I still think she look good.

      I also can't spot much photos from Yui owner in the web.
      My friends said that Hirazawa Yui is more or less very similar to Asahina Mikuru !!!!

    　Ｙｕｉさんも澪をお迎えされたのですね。おめでとうございます。
    　澪は公式の写真だと微妙な出来に見えるのですが、実物はとても可愛いのでちょっと勿体ないですね。

    　ベースの出来に関しては、”アニメに出てきた澪のベース”としては申し分ない出来だと思います。
    　モデルとなったフェンダーのベースを、ライセンスを取って再現しちゃうと更に値段が上がっちゃいますしね（笑）
    　でも、凛の持っているベースは格好いいので私も欲しいですw

      Unfortunately Kyoto HTDP after event does not include K-On dollfie for overseas.
      Meanwhile the only way to get them from Yahoo auction...

    Yes, DD Mio doesn't look too much like her, but I still think she's so adorable! Shame the K-on dollfies didn't go on sale on Volks International or Volks USA. ^^; I really love her hair!
