March Loot: Gorgeous Wall Scroll, But Ranka Has Left me in Despair
So it has been a while since my last post, guess I just haven't been really up to posting up stuff?
Before we go through the loot, I've finally made a bit of progress with "俊's Progress on Japanese 3", which has been delayed a lot because of my laziness and a lack of a "studying mood".
Anyway, this month's loot consists of:
1. TVanime 11eyes Wall Scroll All-Star Cast (Wide) [Chara-ani]
2. emotion style Macross Frontier Ranka Lee Completed Figure [Bandai]
3. Tenshin Ranman Clear Pencil Board Collection BOX
These were all bought from amiami. ^.^
First off, a gorgeous wall scroll of 11eyes.
On the left you see "Minase, Yuka".
Center: "Momono, Shiori"
Right: "Kusakabe, Misuzu"
This is Ranka from Macross Frontier.
The figure is scaled 1/8, and manufactured by Bandai.
I must say, this figure wasn't really worth it imo.
The paintjob of the figure didn't turn out too well, her hair color seems a bit, parts of her body seem a bit too yellow, and the paint just wasn't applied well enough.
ZETSUBOUSHITA!
Anyway, let's move on to more satisfying loot.
One box contains 16 packs, 1 pack contains 1 pencil board.
All 16 pencil boards are different of which 2 are a secret. ^.^
They make good pencil boards (duh), but also great decoration.
Or at least I think they make great decoration because I use them as decoration.
Though I won't show you the pencil boards *facepalm*, because else it could spoil the excitement in opening each pack.
Maybe if I ever get my room decorated enough to show off...?
Nice loot. I really love the wall scroll, although I counted 12 eyes in all instead of 11 :P
Lol took me a while to find out what you mean with that, I was counting the number of eyes the main characters have and thought: "Hmm the gold eye doesn't count right?"
But then I realised that there were 6 other eyes on that wall scroll...
I figured it would be easy....or maybe your mind hasn't been polluted yet with all the eye-talk over here? :P
Yea it should've been easy, maybe I wasn't fully awake yet?:P
I went for both the Tenshin Ranman & Mashiroiro Symphony pencil boards (also a Set of 16 mini boards),only ever got freebies from magazines before so Seemed a lot of money.
Having received The boards I have no regrets.They are super cute and I love The sleeves they come in - a definite buy For me.
I took a look at how the art of Mashiroiro Symphony looks like, pretty good I must say.
The boards were indeed very cute, but more NSFW than I thought. xD
I don't think I can afford any more though, already got quite a few preorders up for other things lol.
