Robot Damashii EVA Unit 02 Review

Asuka's signature Evangelion Unit 02 from the new movie, Evangelion 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance, makes its appearance in Bandai's Robot Damashii line, with all the quality you'd come to expect from a Robot Damashii figure.
In fact, there seems to be this constant game of one-up that companies are playing with each other as Revoltech has already released a figure of the Evanglion Unit 02 in their Revoltech line.
Seriously, while I personally think that this competition will yeild much higher quality figures for us end-consumers, it's definitely wise to know which is the better version before investing your money.
It's so disheartening that the Robot Damashii line is so underrated while the Revoltech line is so overrated.
Underrated? Revoltech has been around for much longer, it only makes sense that more people collect them. Just give Damashii some time, no need to get "disheartened."
There's a difference between over/underrated and popularity. I think what Actar meant - and I agree - is that a lot of people still dismiss the Robot Damashii line and cling to Revoltech without making a proper comparison between the quality of the two. You're right that Damashii's reputation will improve over time, but it's been around for long enough now that Actar does have a valid point (at least in my opinion).
