Dollars chat (Durarara)

Me and my friend Ryan A. have coded and designed a webchat identical to the Dollars chat in Durarara. The chat is based on PHP and JS, it is real-time thanks to Comet and no registration is required. Unfortunately our server can only handle 50 users at once so if you see an Over Capacity message, please wait a minute and try again then. There are unbound chatrooms (URLs create one if it didn't exist before, and let you into one if it did), the chat accepts special chars, there are 9 different avatars (bound to colors) and we're spam-proof. Join now!
This post was written well over 2 years ago. In the time being, the small, simple, 50-people-capped chat evolved into a thriving, big community.
You don't need invitations, you can sign up on your own, you don't even need to provide an e-mail address to get started. The above link still works and will direct you towards the chat. You will be able to chat anonymously. If you would like to claim a username and participate in the main forums, you will be able to do so.

You forgot a feature. Password protected chatroom with the famous password. I guess ppl who go to this place should know this password already :D.
Is it really more important to have an almost empty dark page with the Dollars logo and a password box than to have a functioning chat?
Depends, functionality wise you're right. It's a different story when you're trying to do a homage though, IMO. To each their own.
