Back in Australia for Easter

Posted by Acesan [www]

Used to be quite active till I moved to the Philippines for work; it's a lot harder to get figures over here; some companies won't deal with you because of the location, and customs is ... something I'd censor if I described them.

Anyways, I've flown back to Australia for Easter, and the loot that I sent home was all waiting for me ^_^. Main problem now is that I can't bring the big ones back with me, won't fit in luggage >_>;;

By the way, Happy Easter everyone!

But super glad I finally got the 1/4 Fate by Goodsmile to complete my Nanofate set !!!

    Indeed... Customs tend to kill more compared to the item itself. Haha!

    Customs are too much to handle. I figured that I can get at least 6 more figures (the big ones) per year if I don't have to pay customs. So I routed all my orders back to my home in US so I don't have to pay European customs. The goodies in my old room are waiting for me

    I just buy what I can get in locals shops since the shops here in the PH sells items at cheaper price compared to items from outside the country that has to go through Customs...

      I try that too, but you can't get the really rare and cool stuff (like these Alter figs?)

    Ugh.. don't get me started on Customs. The amount of money I have spent on customs (mostly from the Alter Nanoha range also) is something of a small fortune. And as if the shipping fees alone wasn't big enough too..

    On a positive note, awesome loot by the way :). The Nanoha and Fate Alter models are 2 of my faves although I wish they'd fit them into a detolf cabinet :(
