Riverside Walk with Yoko
It was a lovely day. Sun was shining, but was a nice breeze coming off the river. Lot of people at the park today and Yoko got a bit of attention from some park goers.
You can see more pics at my blog!!

Portrait Shot!! For the most part it was fun to take Yoko out, but being there on my own does make it a bit awkward. Got a creeper look from an older couple walking by when shooting this shot.

The park is lined with cement pillars and railing to keep people from getting to close to the edge. These provided the perfect place for your to stand to take the shots. Put her at perfect level to achieve these shots.
Strongly interested in getting a tripod stand after taking these. Perfect shooting height, it was nice.

Shot of Yoko with the Arkansas Queen riverboat in the background. Yoko loved the riverboats.

Yoko is looking very pretty in theses shots! Good job! You need to do more shoots! XD
outdoor shoot is nice :>
you will feel awkward for your first time , but soon you will get used to it lol
I plan on doing more of them, so sure I will ^^
Older couple just caught be by surprise as I turned around and saw them there staring lol
My husband drives me out and about, and generally when I take photos I am somewhat on my own? I tend mentally to block out people passing by but luckily haven't met any nasty people just yet ^^;
I had my headphones on so I was pretty much in my own world. I just turned and saw them standing behind me staring lol.
Hey summer is just around the corner tell her to change to bikini XD
Great photos!
I do have swimsuits for my girls ^^
Beautiful shots... If I had a daugher, I'd prolly have to have someone at my back..... *plenty of weird folks out here in the desert*
o.O
Errr, "daughter"...
Thanks battrastard.
Trust it will become more comfortable the more I do it.
Such a nice backdrop for the pictures, I'm to scared to go out to take pictures myself.
Thanks! Yeah, it does require a certain comfort level I think. But I would imagine that having others with you could help.
I have NO fear. I take my rolling duffle bag and my girls and boy, and snap away. I get lots of thumbs-up and "wow, they're gorgeous" comments with my 1/3 scale dolls. When I was taking 1/6 scale dolls and action figures around with me I didn't get the same kind of positivity. I've even memorized the words "muneca Japonesa" because it's an easy way of describing them in Spanish for Hispanophones.
That's awesome. Only the second time I taken a DD into the wild, so still working on getting my comfort level up ^^;
solo is boring, a group session is fun.
I wanna do a group photo session!! Nice photos BTW.
come bring your sasara to singapore :3c
Thanks. I would like to do something group related too. Maybe if I make it to Singapore, I can join Kiwara's group also =3
Nice pics! I just recently acquired Yui, my first DD, and so far I've only taken her out solo. It is a bit awkward as a guy walking around with a big doll xD
I need to find some other folks in my area to go with me in the future ^^;
Beautiful yoko!
I usually put Nia on the back case of my motorbike and go along with my boyfriend to take photos. He won't let me go alone, but also has little patience to stand there and shoot photos of Nia :p
Last time we were in a big park, and saw two suspicious guys coming, we were alone there taking our photos, and I saw them, grabbed Nia and walked away. If they were really suspicious I guess they would want the camera or money not the doll :p..... since I was robbed at my building's elevator, I tend to be cautious with "suspicious guys" xD
I can understand that, especially after being robbed. I have seen suspicious guys around that park before too. I am always observant of my surroundings though.
She looks so lovely =)
We are planning to do an outside shoot, just got to find a nice quiet place though for the first few times ^^; lol
Look forward to seeing what you come up with!!
Lovely photos! ^^
Have no Dollfie daughter to take with me but was mentioning it to a friend how it would make a nice photo subject while at the Japanese garden last weekend. my friend (non-otaku) looked at me as if I had gone crazy. ^^;;
well done !!
Good work!, makes me wana upload mi first clumsy outdoor pictures^^ They weren't easy to take
